My techniques are advanced enough i can make one handed seals in my pocket in public and create genjutsu on people unawares in the park while they walk their pet mammals.

You can practice by sitting in the back row of movie theaters, they’re dark enough so you can do hand seals (I assume you know at least the basic 12) and stare at people intensely as you focus your chakra without drawing too much attention. It’s easier with eye contact, but i have found it superfluous.
You have to start by focusing your chakra on the forebrain of your target until you can disrupt their chakra enough to alter their perceptions.
Now I can control other peoples chakra flow through their nervous system to produce mild auditory and visual hallucinations. I don’t know about Ninjutsu, but I practice Genjutsu it took me 5 years to develop my chakra network enough.
